Goods exported from Italy to the United Kingdom and non-EU countries will be subject to the customs clearance process with the relative payment of taxes and customs duties. Payment of VAT will depend on the total value of the goods exported to the UK or non-EU country plus shipping costs.

Shipment departs no later than 15,00 of each business day from our main warehouse.

The Customer agrees to receive the goods even if delivered within 15 working days from the order date. These times refer to the products in stock at the time of the order. In the event of loss of prepaid goods by the courier, a search procedure must be opened with the courier itself. In any case, RCM Srl cannot in any way be held responsible for the loss itself. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the safety and closing seals. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient even if sold carriage paid. The existence of any damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier by making a specific note on the delivery note.

If the customer finds anomalies in the package, he must accept the product by writing on the document provided by the deliveryman: "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION - UNCONDITIONAL PACKAGE" , or "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION + description of the anomaly found", or "IT IS ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL“, but the reason for the reservation must be explained in detail. If the package shows visible damage, or any other type of anomaly and the courier refuses to make a specific reservation, refuse the goods and immediately report the incident to RCM Srl.

Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the characteristics of what was delivered. If the goods received do not conform to those ordered (product, format or quantity) the customer must promptly communicate this to RCM Srl and send a photograph of the incorrect product together with the production batch number to address info@everline.it.
